Our Texas style dry rub ribs have a special place in my hart as the recipe was hand down from my father who ran his own BBQ restaurant in Danville in the late 70s and early 80s A full pan of this barbecue staple will feed 25 to 30 people five slabs of ribs
A West African stew consistent of peppers onions garlic Ginger and stewed chicken It comes over rice A full pan of this particular cuisine will feed 30 to 40 people
